Children

Ticket booking/ General information

1. When booking a ticket it is not possible to combine discounts from different special offer campaigns.

2. We send a booking confirmation by post: the rent contract for the booked rooms in the holiday park Weißenhäuser Strand becomes legally valid with the written booking confirmation by the landlord. Verbal or telephone information is non-binding information. The written booking confirmation is decisive for the content of the contract.

3. Bed linen and inventory are included in the price are and remain the property of the holiday park Weißenhäuser Strand: the rented property is let with the complete inventory according to the inventory report and one-off bed linen supply. Damages caused to the property during the lease must be paid by the tenant at cost price. The tenant is equally liable for damages caused by accompanying persons.

4. The invoice becomes payable at receipt of the booking confirmation: within 14 days after the date of the booking confirmation a deposit of 25% of the rent amount is due, and the balance must be paid into the landlord's account 20 days prior to arrival at the latest. If the rental starts within 20 days after registration the total amount becomes due immediately.

5. If you can't make it for good reasons: for cancellations of the contract up to 42 days before the start of the rental, a processing fee of 20.00 Euro is payable, for later cancellations up to 10 days before the start of the rental 25% of the total price and 50% thereafter. for non - or early arrival the tenant has no right to refund for the unused rental days. It is the explicit responsibility of the tenant to prove that the landlord did not suffer any damage from the non-arrival or cancellation or that the damage is lower than the cancellation fee due or the retained rent.

6. When can I occupy my apartment and can I have a lie-in on Sunday: on the day of arrival the tenant can occupy the apartment, bungalow or hotel room from 2pm. On the day of departure the property is available until 2pm, and then the key needs to be returned to reception. The booking is valid up to 1pm of the next day after the start of the rental period. The booking obligation becomes invalid thereafter.

7. What do I do with Bello / Fifi: pets are not allowed, except on request in some types of apartments.

8. What about the home, park and swimming pool regulations: the tenant must respect the valid regulations in the landlord's facilities (house, park, swimming pool regulations etc.). With its use, the tenant accepts the rules posted in the accommodation. The contract may be terminated immediately without notice in case of illegal use of the rented property such as sub-letting, disturbance of the sanctity of the home etc. as well as non-payment of the rent.
