How do I book my tickets?

1. Enter your booking application on this website or via the
hotline on: 01805 – 853 953 [€0.14/min. from the Deutsche
Telekom landline network: call charges may vary depend upon
network operator or mobile network provider].
2. The application will be processed by our customer service
department and if your request is available, you will receive
a confirmation and invoice by post.
3. If the desired accommodation is no longer available, you
will be informed immediately.
4. Please pay the invoiced amount into the indicated bank
account as soon as you receive the confirmation. This confirms
the booking.
5. You can check in at the reception of the Weißenhäuser
Strand from 2 pm on the Friday of the festival weekend. You
will be handed your keys and the admission wristbands for
the registered persons.
Order Tickets online
It is very easy to order your tickets online via our website
here. Just click your preferred
accomodation and fill in the booking form, then press "send".
On the next page you will be asked to confirm your reservation
once more. Please do so, otherwise your data will not be processed
by our booking system and we will not be able to answer your
request. After the confirmation of your request, you will
get a letter of confirmation from us in return via mail.
Must a full holiday home be
occupied to book tickets or is it also possible to book one
or two tickets only? In that case, will I simply be housed
in a random apartment, or is this option not actually provided?
The apartments are only let in full. There are no provisions
for festival goers who don't know each other to share an apartment.
What happens if a category is
sold out?
Should a booking category be sold out, a waiting list will
be established. But the guest will be immediately informed
if his/her order cannot be booked.
Do I automatically get a larger
apartment at the same price if a category is sold out?
If it should become clear that all the larger apartments will
not be booked, it will be decided if they can be offered to
the interested people on the waiting list at the same conditions
as the smaller ones.
Are there also weekend tickets
without overnight stay?
No. Day tickets are the alternative to the weekend ticket. These do not include an overnight stay. Unfortunately the capacities of the venues at Weissenhäuser Strand are limited and we might reach the limit already with all the people who bought weekend tickets. We will not be able to make a realistic estimation of the ticket situation until shortly before the event. But as soon as we know that we can sell day tickets, we will inform you here on the website.
When will the final timetable
be online?
We will present the timetable close to the olling Stone Weekender
2010.
Is there a shuttle service to
nearby Kiel / Oldenburg?
At the station of Oldenburg/Holstein you can take an ÖPNV
bus, a taxi or our guest service to Weissenhäuser Strand:
you can book a taxi in advance via the hotline (at least 24
hours before). The taxi will wait for you at the station at
the arranged time. You can easily pay the taxi fare at reception
when you check in. This guest service costs € 5,- per
person.
Can I come with a caravan or
tent?
Unfortunately it is impossible to set up camper vans or tents
on the site.
When can I arrive?
The rooms are ready to be occupied from Friday 2 pm. Please
go to reception to obtain the keys and access authorisations
for the events.
When do I have to leave?
If you have not booked otherwise, the rooms must be vacated
by Sunday 2 pm.
Can I book for longer than only
the weekend?
Yes, please contact the hotline directly on tel. 01805
– 853 953 [14 Cent from a German landline,
mobile rates could be higher].
